Ingredients

– 2/3 cup spelt flour
– ½ cup of oats
– 1tbsp chia seeds
– 1tbsp lin seeds
– 1tbsp sesame seeds
– 1tsp sea salt
– 2tbsp coconut oil
– ¾ cup water

Preheat the oven to 230ºC. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl and create a little hole in the middle. Add Coconut oil and water. Stirr and knead all the ingredients till you get one big ball of dough. Spread the dough on to the griddle. Put some extra sesame seeds on top. Use a fork to pinch enough holes and sprinkle some water on top too. Press lightly and cut the dough in the desirable cracker size [or create them by hand]. After five minutes drop the temperature to 200ºC, bake for another 20 minutes [always feel and taste just to make sure]. Let them cool.
