Ingredients

– 1½ cup oatbran
– 1L water
– a pinch of cinnamon or stevia

Blend the oatbran and water together and let it soak overnight.
Pour the mix into the blender again, blend for several seconds.
Pour the contents of the blender into a clean piece of voile that you’ve placed over a bowl and strain it, squeeze it, squish it through till you only have some solid oatbran left [I always use this for my next smoothie].
That’s it! You can pour it into a clean bottle, it stays fresh in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. I use it for smoothies or in coffee
