– 300 g whole rolled oats
– 1 cup of coconut flakes
– handful of almonds
– handful of flaxseeds
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 2 tsp honey
– 2 tbsp coconut oil

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Combine the oats, almonds, coconut and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add the coconut oil and I poured some (around 50 milliliters) homemade ice tea to moisten the mixture even more. You can also use some fresh orange juice or water. Stir until thoroughly combined.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake, stirring every 15 minutes for 45 minutes to an hour until the granola is golden and dry. Trasher the the sheet to a rack an cool completely for half an hour. The granola can be stored for two weeks at room temperature but I bet it’s long gone before then. Enjoy!
